Definition:
 
1. somebody's home: the house, apartment, or other place where somebody lives ( formal )

2. law somebody's place of residence: somebody's true, fixed, and legally recognized place of residence, especially in cases of prolonged absence that require them to prove a continuing and significant connection with the place
