Definition:
 
1. make something unpalatable: to make food or drink, especially alcohol, unsuitable for human consumption, by adding poison, dye, or unpleasant flavors

2. biochemistry modify molecule's structure: to change the molecular structure and characteristics of a molecule by chemical or physical means

3. energy remove weapon potential of nuclear material: to make nuclear material unsuitable for use in a weapon by adding an isotope that cannot be split
