Definition:
 
1. repeated sequence of events: a sequence of events that is repeated again and again, especially a causal sequence
breaking the cycle of violence and bloodshed

2. time between repeated events: a period of time during which one complete sequence of a recurring series of events occurs

3. complete process: a complete process or sequence of processes in a machine or electronic device, or the time that this takes
