Definition:
 
1. fold or press ends together: to fold or press the ends or edges of something together

2. interfere with something: to hinder, obstruct, or otherwise interfere with something such as a plan or process
A slowdown in sales crimped the company's cash flow.

3. pleat something: to press or gather something such as a piece of fabric into small folds

4. curl hair: to make somebody's hair wavy, usually with a curling iron

5. pinch edges as decoration: to pinch or press together the edges of pastry to form a seal or for decoration
