Definition:
 
1. by mutual consent: involving the agreement of all involved

2. law requiring consent only: describes an agreement requiring only the consent of the parties involved to make it binding

3. physiology responding involuntarily to indirect stimulus: describes an involuntary response by one body part to a stimulus to another, e.g. the pupil of one eye constricting when the other eye is exposed to light
