Definition:
 
1. transitive verb grammar state forms of verb: to state systematically the different forms a verb has according to tense, mood, person, and number

2. intransitive verb grammar have different grammatical forms: to have different grammatical forms according to tense, mood, number, or person ( refers to verbs )
