Definition:
 
1. dress somebody: to put clothes on somebody ( often passive )

2. provide clothing for somebody: to provide somebody with clothes

3. cover something: to completely cover an area
The hills were clothed in mist.

4. cover something up: to obscure or conceal something as if wrapping something around it

5. endow somebody or something: to endow or invest somebody or something with some quality ( usually passive )
