Brooks Range
Brooks Range [ brks ráynj ] mountain range of northern Alaska, stretching from Kotzebue Sound eastward to the Canadian border, separating the North Slope from the Yukon Basin. Its highest peak is Mount Chamberlin, 2,816 m (9,239 ft).
