Word Usage
How many times is biweekly?

Confusion is caused by the fact that biweekly, bimonthly, and biyearly can mean either "once every two weeks (or months or years)" or "twice a week (or month or year)." If you want to avoid doubt, it is better to reword the sentence: The talks are held twice a week at the local school. The talks are held every two weeks at the local school.
