Definition:
 
1. lower part of boat: the part of a boat below the water where the sides curve inward to the keel

2. inside of lower part of boat: the area inside the bottom of a boat, beneath the lowest floorboards

3. dirty water in boat bottom: dirty water that collects inside the bottom of a boat

4. barrel's widest part: the widest part of a barrel or cask

5. pap: ridiculous talk or ideas ( informal )
