Definition:
 
1. hair growing on man's chin: the hair on a man's chin and, often, his neck and cheeks

2. zoology tufts growing on animal or plant: a growth of longer hair on an animal, e.g. on a goat's chin, or a long slender growth on plants, e.g. on barley and wheat heads

3. attention-diverting person or thing: somebody or something that diverts attention or suspicion from another
