aggravation

Definition:
 
1. irritation: a feeling of irritation or anger, especially when caused by a continuing or trivial annoyance

2. source of irritation: somebody or something that causes continuing irritation or anger

3. worsening: the worsening of an already bad situation, or somebody or something that makes a bad situation even worse
Exercising before you have fully recovered may lead to an aggravation of your condition.

4. U.K. trouble: annoyance or bother, often aggressive in nature ( informal )
I get a lot of aggravation from dissatisfied customers.
