Definition:
 
1. transitive and intransitive verb offer less: to offer a lower price than somebody else in competitive bidding

2. intransitive verb make too low bid: to make a very low bid or too low a bid to obtain something

3. transitive and intransitive verb bid less than value of cards: to bid less than the full value of a hand in cards
