Definition:
 
1. transitive verb gardening relocate plant: to remove a plant from the place where it is growing and replant it somewhere else

2. intransitive verb gardening be capable of being moved: to be capable of being transplanted
Poppies do not transplant well.

3. transitive verb move somebody to another place: to move somebody or something to another place or position

4. transitive verb surgery transfer body organ: to transfer an organ or tissue from one body to another or from one place in somebody's body to another
