1. written record: a written record of something, e.g. a copy of the script of a broadcast program or a record of court proceedings

2. student's academic history: an official document showing the educational work of a student in a school or college

4. genetics RNA with transcribed code: a molecule of messenger RNA that carries coded genetic information converted from the genetic code held by the DNA during the process of transcription in living cells
