1. board used to slide across snow: either of a pair of long thin boards made of wood, metal, or other material that curve up at the front and are used to slide across snow

2. water skiing 
Same as  water ski


3. runner for vehicles traveling on snow: a runner fitted to vehicles such as snowmobiles and airplanes for landing or traveling on snow and ice
