Definition:
 
1. transitive and intransitive verb find route: to find a way through a place, or direct the course of something, especially a ship or aircraft, using a route-finding system
navigating by the stars

2. transitive verb pass through place: to follow a correct or satisfactory course along a route
Even a champion rafter would have difficulty navigating those rapids.

3. intransitive verb keep car on right route: to have responsibility for keeping a car on the right route, e.g. by following a map and giving the driver instructions

4. intransitive verb proceed: to make your way over or through something, usually with difficulty
navigated through the crowd

5. transitive and intransitive verb walk: to go somewhere on foot ( informal )
navigating with effort after his surgery

6. transitive and intransitive verb online follow through links: to move between the different areas of a website by using the links provided in it
