1. with head foremost: with the head in front of the rest of the body, especially in a rapid uncontrolled movement

2. moving fast and out of control: moving or traveling in a fast uncontrolled way

3. with too much haste: acting, happening, or done in an impetuous way with little or no thought for the consequences
