Definition:
 
1. weapon for strangulation: a weapon consisting of a wire or cord with handles at each end, used in strangulation

2. metal band used in executions: an iron band placed around the neck and tightened in order to execute somebody

3. execution by strangulation: a method of execution in which an iron band is tightened around somebody's neck until death occurs
