Definition:
 
1. eject somebody from property: to force a tenant to leave a property, especially the tenant's residence, usually because he or she has failed to comply with the terms of the lease

2. throw somebody out: to force somebody to leave a place, usually because of bad behavior
She was evicted from the game for insulting the referee.

3. get back property: to recover property or title to property from somebody by legal means
