Definition:
 
1. produce tiny gas bubbles: to give off gas in tiny bubbles, often producing foam and a hissing sound ( refers to liquids )

2. escape as tiny bubbles: to be given off by a liquid in the form of tiny bubbles ( refers to gases )

3. be lively: to behave in a lively, high-spirited, or highly excited way
