Definition:
 
1. move something from usual place: to move something from its usual or correct place

2. force somebody to leave home: to force somebody to leave his or her home or country, e.g. because of war

3. remove somebody from post: to discharge or remove somebody from an office, position, or job

4. replace somebody or something: to take the place of somebody or something

5. chemistry take place of atom: to take the place of another atom or group in a compound

6. physics replace fluid with object: to replace a volume of fluid with a floating or submerged object, forcing the original fluid to move elsewhere
