craze [ krayz ]


noun  (plural craz·es)
Definition:
 
1. fad: a fashion that is extremely popular for a short time

2. ceramics fine crack: a fine crack in the glaze of pottery. It happens when the glaze cools and contracts at a different temperature from the clay.

1. become or make irrational: to become, or make somebody become, irrational or highly excited ( often considered offensive )

2. ceramics produce or sustain cracks: to produce fine cracks in the glaze of pottery, or become covered with such cracks
