Definition:
 
1. destructive force: something that spoils or damages things severely

2. ruined state: a severely spoiled or ruined state, especially of an urban area
urban blight

3. plant disease: a plant disease, caused by bacteria, fungi, or viruses, in which symptoms range from brownish blotches on the foliage to withering of the entire plant without rotting
