1. intransitive verb begin with same consonant: to begin consecutive or neighboring words with the same consonant sound, or contain such sound matches

2. transitive and intransitive verb use alliteration: to use alliteration in speaking or writing, or arrange words or construct sentences so as to achieve the effect of alliteration
